ZX999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to ZX999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ZX999 ("we", "us", "the platform") and you ("the player", "the member") from the moment you register an account on our platform at zx999.click.

By creating a ZX999 account, accessing any part of our platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use ZX999.

These Terms apply to all ZX999 members across Pakistan — whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or anywhere else in the country. The platform operates in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and is designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All financial figures in these Terms are stated in PKR unless otherwise noted.

ZX999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email or on-platform notification.

ZX999 is strictly an adults-only platform. To register and use ZX999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. No exceptions will be made to this rule under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list and must not have been previously permanently banned from ZX999.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating a proxy account.

ZX999 may request identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Standard documents accepted include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. If you cannot verify your identity when requested, ZX999 reserves the right to restrict your account until verification is completed.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ZX999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is a serious breach of these Terms. ZX999 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your ZX999 account. This means:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone else.
• Not allowing third parties to access or use your ZX999 account on your behalf.
• Notifying ZX999 immediately at support@zx999.click if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

ZX999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

Account Information Accuracy

All account details — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, and payment method details — must be accurate and kept up to date. Discrepancies between your ZX999 account name and the name on your verified payment method may result in withdrawal delays or refusal. Contact support promptly if you need to update your registered information.

Inactive Accounts

A ZX999 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ZX999 may charge an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after this period, applied to any remaining balance. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is charged. Logging in to your account resets the inactivity period.

Deposits

ZX999 accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your ZX999 wallet after payment confirmation, which typically takes under two minutes for mobile wallets and up to 15 minutes for bank transfers.

• Only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ZX999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• ZX999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits if required by our internal compliance process.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• ZX999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are fulfilled.
• ZX999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

ZX999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and the referral programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New ZX999 members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and eligible games are stated on the promotions page at the time of your first deposit. As a general guide, ZX999 welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20–30x the bonus amount, which must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of ZX999 bonus terms — including matched betting or arbitrage — is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active per ZX999 account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when a bonus is active in your account, unless ZX999's system settings specify otherwise.
• ZX999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited due to a technical error, and to recover any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between ZX999 accounts.
• The minimum deposit required to qualify for any bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms.

Referral Programme

ZX999's referral programme pays a flat Rs 500 bonus per confirmed referral plus a commission of 10–15% on your referred friend's first deposit, depending on your referral tier. Referred friends must register through your unique referral link and make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more. When placing bets or playing games at ZX999, the following rules apply at all times:

Sports Betting

• All sports bets at ZX999 are placed at your own risk. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed — the odds shown at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply.
• ZX999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the relevant event has started (unless in-play betting is explicitly available for that event).
• In the event of a match abandonment, ZX999 will settle bets according to the standard settlement rules for that sport. For cricket, this typically means applying the Duckworth-Lewis method for interrupted matches where applicable.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market, and event. These are displayed at the point of placing your bet.
• ZX999 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to certain markets for any member, at our discretion.

Live Casino Games

• Live casino games at ZX999 — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Andar Bahar — are conducted by professional dealers. All outcomes are determined by the physical dealing of real cards; no digital simulation is used in live dealer games.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, ZX999 will attempt to settle your active bets based on the outcome of that round where this can be verified. If the round cannot be confirmed, stakes will be returned to your ZX999 wallet.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure.

Slots and Other Games

• Slot games and other RNG-based games at ZX999 use certified random number generators. Each spin or round is an independent event — previous results do not influence future outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available on request from our support team.

ZX999 expects all members to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure without notice:

• Fraud: Attempting to defraud ZX999 or other players through any means, including chargeback fraud, payment disputes filed in bad faith, or the use of stolen payment methods.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any ZX999 game or betting market.

• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ZX999's systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward ZX999 staff or other players. ZX999 has a zero-tolerance policy on this.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets or play games at ZX999 without human action.

ZX999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide our services — including account management, payment processing, identity verification, and customer support. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering at ZX999, you consent to:

• Your personal information being stored and processed for account management purposes.
• Identity verification checks being conducted, which may involve sharing your details with third-party verification providers.
• Receiving transactional emails and account notifications related to your ZX999 membership. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings.

ZX999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the operation of the ZX999 platform and compliance with legal obligations. ZX999 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all ZX999 members and can be activated at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your ZX999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may have a cooling-off period of 24–72 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length. ZX999 will notify you when your session limit is reached and give you the option to end the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your ZX999 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets, but you can withdraw your available balance.

Either party may close a ZX999 account at any time. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support at support@zx999.click. Your available balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements are resolved.

ZX999 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
• Chargeback or payment dispute filed against ZX999 without prior contact with our support team.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, ZX999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

ZX999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available at all times and functions correctly, ZX999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from sporting events, game outcomes, or betting decisions — outcomes are determined independently and ZX999 does not influence them.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account login details.

ZX999's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, exclusive of any bonus funds.

ZX999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, ZX999 will provide notice via email to registered members or via a notification displayed when you next log in to your ZX999 account.

If you continue to use ZX999 after revised Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted those revised Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the revised Terms take effect. The notice period for material changes will be at least 7 days from publication.
